广西家犬狂犬病病毒的感染状况调查

Epidemiological investigation of rabies virus in domestic dogs in Guangxi Region

为了解广西家犬狂犬病病毒的感染状况 ,采用RT PCR方法对广西 13个市、地区的家犬携带狂犬病病毒情况进行了检测 ,结果阳性检出率达 6 .6 9% (19/ 2 84 ) 。

In order to know infection rate of rabies virus in domestic dogs in Guangxi Region, 284 brains of domestic dogs from 13 prefectures of Guangxi Region were detected by revere transcription polymerase chain reaction. Result indicated that positive rate of rabies virus was 6.69%(19/284). It was concluded from the above-mentioned result that viruliferous domestic dogs with rabies virus existed in Guangxi (Region) to some extent.
