我国公路交通运力及能源浪费的现状分析与对策研究

Analysis and solution of the Present Status of Capacity and Raw Material Waste in the Highway Transportation in China

本文通过对我国公路交通运输现状的剖析,认为目前在公路交通运输业中,运力及能源浪费现象是一个非常严重的问题。针对这一实际问题,笔者提出了以加强公路基础设施建设为前提,强化运输市场调控,降低车辆空驶率为手段,推行运输管理体制改革为目标的探索性治理对策,目的在于推动公路交通运输业的全面节约。

Based on the dissection of the present status of the highway transportation in our country, this paper shows that the waste of transportation capacity and raw material is a serious problem at the present time. Considering the enforcement of the highway basic construction, the author puts forward the experimental solution to carry out, by means of enforcing adjustment control of the market and of decreasing an empty bus drive, the system of transportation management as our aim. It aims at economizing in all respects of highway transportation service
