Immunogenicity and Safety of Purified Inactiviated Hepatitis A Vaccine(YN5 Strain)in Common Marmosets

目的 检测精制甲型肝炎灭活疫苗的安全性和免疫原性。方法 甲型肝炎病毒YN 5株经Vero细胞培养制成精制甲型肝炎灭活疫苗。采用普通狨猴 (commonmarmoset)进行疫苗的安全性、免疫原性和保护力试验。结果 实验疫苗组和对照疫苗组狨猴均有特异抗体产生 ,对甲型肝炎病毒强毒株的攻击亦有保护作用。结论 该疫苗 (YN 5株 )

Objective To study the immunogenicity and safety of purified inactivated hepatitis A(HA) vaccine.Methods Prepare purified inactiveted HA vaccine by the culture of YN5 strain in Vero cells and test for immunogenicity and safety in common marmosets,using imported HA vaccine as control.Results Specific HA antibodies were induced in both test and control groups.The vaccine showed protective effect on the marmosets challenged with virulent HA virus strain.Conclusion The HA vaccine prepared with YN5 strain showed good safety and immunagenicity.
