尽管教育理论和实践都表明 ,产学研合作教育是高职院校培养技术应用型人才的有效模式 ,然而 ,目前高职院校产学研合作教育并未能全面、有效地开展 ,原因在于思想观念的滞后 ,宏观政策以及学校自身条件的局限。为此 ,需要提高认识 ,转变观念 ,完善政策 ,积极探索产学研合作教育的良性发展之路。

The education theory and practice have already indicated that the industry teaching research cooperative education is an effective model to bring up technical talents.But nowadays this model still can't be carried out completely and effectively.The reasons lie on three aspects:one is the cognition the others are the policy and self conditions of institute.Exploring on developing the industry teaching research cooperative education,we must change over our mind and consummate the policy,so that this model can be carried out smoothly and quickly.
