摘要　国外公司大学系统规划与设计的学习体系和核心课程反映了当今企业对员工的能力需求.分析了公司大学的学习体系与核心课程对员工能力的需求和造就卓越员工的意义,对我国的企业如何有效地培育员工的能力具有有益的启示. This paper analysed the meaning of learning system and core curriculums of corporate university in training employees competencies and building world\|class work force. It is enlightening for our enterprises how to train employees the workplace competencies.
