摘要
目的分析乌鲁木齐国境口岸人境外籍人员HIV和梅毒感染者分布情况和重点人群,为加强对HIV和梅毒感染者的管理、防止传播和蔓延提供科学依据。方法对1997年至2002年从乌鲁木齐口岸人境的外籍人员传染病监测资料进行时间、年龄、职业和国籍统计分析。结果在总检测数为1308人中,检出HIV抗体阳性3例(其中2例来自巴基斯坦,1例来自独联体),检出率为0.23%;梅毒7例(其中3例来自独联体,巴基斯坦和我国台湾各2例),检出率为0.54%。 HIV抗体和梅毒阳性的总检出率为0.76%;商务人员的总检出率为3.1%,占总检出数的70%。结论随着入境人员的不断增多,HIV抗体和梅毒阳性的总检出数也有增多趋势。在入境的各类人群中商务人员的检出率最高,因此应作为监测重点。卫生检疫部门应该严格把关,避免各种疾病的传入和传播。
Purpose In order to tighten up the management of HIV and Syphilis infected persons, furnish scientific, evidence of prevention spread, the distribution and major crowd of HIV and syphilis infected persons entering territory at the Urumchi were analyzed. Method To analyze the data of infectious diseases surveillance including the entering time, age, occupation and nationality of persona entering the territory at Urumchi port from 1997 to 2002. Result Three HIV antibodies positive and 7 syphilis positive have been found among 1308 persons entering the territory, the general detection rate was 0.76%. Two HIV Infected persons came from Pakistan and one came from Commonwealth of Independent States. Three Syphidis infected Persons came from Commonwealth of Independent States, two came from Pakistan and Taiwan Region. The total of 7 HIV antibodies positive and 7 syphilis positive have been found from Businessman. and the detection rate was 3.1%. and Constitute the majority in all. Conclusion With the increasing of the entry travelers. there are more possibility of the communicable diseases to enter into the country. The detection rale of HIV and Syphilis infected persons were highest among the travelers entering the territory. we have to pay a close attention. Therefore, health quarantine authorities should take strict measures to control the spread of infectious diseases.
