摘要
对蟾蜍(Bufo bufo gargarizans)采用腹腔注射法给Pb,研究了不同浓度(1~8mg/kg体重)Pb胁迫下蟾蜍肝、肾组织抗氧化酶SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化.结果表明,染毒浓度对抗氧化酶活性产生不同的影响.1mg/kg Pb对蟾蜍的损伤较小,当Pb>2mg/kg时,蟾蜍肝、肾组织SOD、CAT活性显著升高(P<0.05);当Pb>4mg/kg时,肝、肾CAT活性又降至对照组水平甚至被明显抑制;而肝、肾GSH-Px活性则随着Pb浓度的升高而升高,Pb浓度为4,8mg/kg的染毒组显著高于对照(P<0.05).结果还表明,蟾蜍肝、肾组织MDA含量随着Pb染毒浓度的增加而增加,肾在Pb浓度为8mg/kg染毒组显著高于对照(P<0.05),肝在Pb浓度为4,8mg/kg的染毒组显著高于对照(P<0.05).
The changes of antioxidant enzyme SOD, CAT, GSH-Px, activities and malonyldialdehyde (MDA) contents in the Bufo bufo gargarizanss liver and kidney were studied under lead stress of different concentration (1~8mg/kg body weight), adopting abdominal cavity injection for giving lead to Bufo bufo gargarizans. Lead of different concentration had different affection on antioxidant enzyme activities. The injury of Bufo bufo gargarizans was fairly slight by 1mg/kg Pb concentration. At Pb>2mg/kg, the SOD and CAT activities in the liver and kidney increased markedly (P<0.05). At Pb>4mg/kg, the CAT activities was also decreased to the level of control group, even restrained markedly, while the GSH-Px activities increased with Pb increase, at 4mg/kg Pb and 8mg/kg Pb the contamination group was higher markedly than the control group (P<0.05). MDA contents in liver and kidney increased with the concentration of lead contamination, and at 8mg/kg Pb in kidney as well as 4 and 8mg/kg Pb in liver, the contamination group was higher markedly than the control group (P<0.05). It might be confirmed that the changes of the SOD, CAT and GSH-Px enzyme activities and MDA content reflected at definite degree the injury of Bufo bufo gargarizans due to Pb.
