虚拟组织的相关均衡研究

Study on Correlated Equilibrium of Virtual Organization

通过对虚拟组织产生背景的分析 ,提出了虚拟组织存在的前提 ;并运用博弈的方法研究了虚拟组织的功能与作用 ,明确了虚拟组织正常运作的基础 ;阐述了虚拟组织相关策略的特征 ,论证了相关均衡和广义相关均衡的条件 ,揭示了相关均衡对虚拟组织管理实践的指导意义 ,是运用博弈论研究虚拟组织的一种尝试 .

This paper gives the hypothesis of the virtual organization existence through analyzing the context from which virtual organization arise. By using the method of game analysis, it provides the basis for virtual organization operating normally. The characters of correlated strategy are dwelled on, and the conditions of correlated equilibrium and general correlated equilibrium are also proved. Accordingly, the instructional sense of correlated equilibrium to the practice of the virtual organization management is revealed, too. This article is an attempt to apply game theory for studying virtual organization.
