This article analyses the relationship of network between the moving mechanism and information management in librarise, in the light of the request of partial network design, by optimized network, it further studys how to establish a network pattern for library management, service, programme, budget of capital, assignment of capital, business investigation and seeking advice all together through overall arrangement and mathematical treatment.
