pH、底物浓度及暂养盐度对红鳍笛鲷消化道淀粉酶活力的影响 被引量:19

Effects of pH,Amylum Concentration and Temporary-keeping Salinity on the Activity of Amylase in the Digestive Tract of Lautianus erythopterus

摘要 测定了红鳍笛鲷的胃、幽门盲囊、肠等消化组织中淀粉酶在不同pH值下的活力及在最适pH值下底物浓度、暂养盐度对其活力的影响。结果表明 :胃、幽门盲囊、前中肠、后肠的淀粉酶的最适pH值分别是 5 4、6 0、6 0、7 6和 6 2 ;最适底物浓度分别为 0 0 3 2 %、0 0 3 2 %、0 0 40 %、0 0 40 %和 0 0 40 %;最适暂养盐度为 2 5‰。 The activity of amylase from stomach, pancreas and intestine of Lautianus erythopterus under different conditions was determined The results showed that the most optimum pH values for amylase in stomach, pancreas,fore intestine, mid intestine and hind\|intestine were 5 4,6 0,6 0,7 6 and 6 2, respectively;the most optimum amylum concentrations were 0 032%,0 032%,0 040%,0 040% and 0 040%, respectively;and the most optimum temporary keeping salinity was 25‰
