摘要
本文讨论了紫鸭跖草花粉母细胞对诱变剂的敏感性,并对紫鸭跖草花粉母细胞四分体微核技术在环境污染监测中的应用前景进行了探讨。
Tradescantia Virginiana L. is a kind of decorative plant, widely cultivated in Chongqing area. We have two different groups: treated and controled. In the former group, Tradescantia Virginian L. is treated by chemicalmutagens such as BYM and NaN3, and radiated by60Co., The result shows that the Micronucleus Rate of pollen mother cell tetra of the former group is obviously different from 'that of the latter group (P>0.00l). In another experiement with the same result, we use Tradescantia Virginian L with industrial waste water and polluted water from the city as one group and Tradescantia Virginiana L. with running water as the other. In these experiments, chromosome damages such as chromosome bridge, chromosome piece in the course of reduction division or death cell in prophase of tetra may be observed. This also shows that the prophase of Tradescantia Virginiana L. pollen mother cell has a special sensitivity to mutagenic factors.
