掺复合胶凝材料混凝土的抗氯离子侵蚀性能 被引量:23

摘要 研究了矿粉、粉煤灰、硅灰等矿物外加剂对海工混凝土性能的影响,通过试验测定了掺复合胶凝材料的海工混凝土的电通量、氯离子表观扩散系数的变化规律,并对这种混凝土进行了恒电压钢筋锈蚀的试验,研究了矿物外加剂掺量与混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能的关系.研究结果表明,在硅酸盐水泥中掺加矿粉、粉煤灰、硅灰等矿物外加剂可以改善海工混凝土的综合性能.矿物外加剂的复合掺入比单独掺入对混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能的改善具有更加良好的效果.海工混凝土配制时应尽可能地采用复合多种矿物外加剂. The effects of adding mineral additives such as slag powder,fly ash,silica fume to Portland cement on the performances of marine concrete were researched in the paper.The electric flux and apparent diffusion coefficient of Cl-of this marine concrete added with those mineral additives were tested by experiments.And the rapid test on corrosion of steel bars in concrete at constant electric voltage was made.Moreover,the rationship between the contents of mineral additives and the resistance to Cl-corrosion of the marine concrete was studied.The results show that adding slag powder,fly ash,silica fume to Portland cement can improve the comprehensive performance of marine concrete.The compo-site addition of these mineral additives has better improvement effects on resistance to chloride-induced corrosion than any one of them alone.We must use as many kinds of mineral additives as possible in the production of composite cementitious materials used for preparing marine concrete.
