摘要
先用WASP模型软件开发了苏州河水质模型,使用数据来自1999年苏州河第3次调水试验的同步监测资料、全市污染源调查资料,以及其他有关资料.应用此模型,对苏州河环境综合整治一期工程中有关工程和方案进行了模拟计算,根据计算结果,对一期工程进行了调整.通过苏州河一期工程的实施,苏州河干流在2000年底基本消除了黑臭现象,干流水质主要指标年均值基本达到国家景观水标准,河道生态系统逐步改善.
The Suzhou Creek is a seriously polluted tidal river in Shanghai City,China.With the deve-lopment of Shanghai,there are more and more concerns over the “black and stink” phenomenon of the Suzhou Creek.Suzhou Creek Rehabilitation Project was launched in 1998,and the planned investment of the first stage of the project was 8.65 billion yuan (about 1.05 billion US dollars).It is important to make a reasonable plan.In this study,the USEPA's WASP model is employed to establish the Suzhou Creek water quality model by using data of the third low flow augmentation test on the Suzhou Creek in 1999 and other monitoring results.Based on the model,the first stage of Suzhou Creek Rehabilitation Project is optimized and adjusted,so the actual investment of the first stage of the project is 6.998 bi-llion yuan.By executing the first stage of the project,the “black and stink” phenomenon of the main stream had been eliminated by the end of 2000,and the water ecological system has been restored step by step.
