摘要
对轿车车头子系统进行正确的结构动力修改是利用其代替整车进行室内道路模拟试验的关键.结合轿车白车身试验模态分析和有限元分析的结果,成功地对某承载式轿车车身的车头子系统结构进行了基于优化算法的结构动力学修改.室内台架试验结果表明,修改后的车头子系统可以准确地反映整车的动态特性,为室内道路模拟试验打下了良好的基础.
Structural dynamics modification of car front-body subsystem is crucial to the laboratory road simulation test in which it is used for testing instead of car body.Combining the results of modal expe-riment analysis on body-in-white and the results of finite element analysis,structural dynamics modification on the car front-body of a monocoque body has been made based on optimization algorithm.Additionally,laboratory test results show that the modified car front-body has the same structural dynamic characteristics with the body for laying a foundation for further laboratory road simulation test.
