摘要
目的:研究分米波对周围神经损伤后雪旺细胞中s-100蛋白表达变化的影响。方法:用硅胶管桥接大鼠右侧坐骨神经,形成神经再生室。实验组术后局部分米波照射。术后1、2、4、8、12周取材,行大体、光镜、电镜及免疫组织化学观察。术后12周行轴突图像分析。结果:与对照组相比,实验组再生有髓神经纤维数目较多、轴突较粗且髓鞘较厚。实验组雪旺细胞中s-100蛋白免疫反应明显高于对照组。结论:分米波有明显促进s-100蛋白表达、促进雪旺细胞增殖的作用,进而促进损伤神经的修复与再生。
Objective:To investigate the effect of decimeter wave on the expression of immunologic reaction to s-100protein in Schwann's cell after peripheral nerve injury.Method:The sciatic nerves in the right legs of40SD rats were amputated and the two cut ends were bridged by a silicone tube to form a regeneration chamber of nerve.After operation the experimental group was treated by decimeter wave.The bridged nerves were exposed and observed at1st,2nd,4th,8th and12th weeks after operation and the samples were observed by light,electron and histochemistry.Image pattern analysis of axon was done at12th week after operation.Result:The regenerated nerves of decimeter wave sides had more medullated fibers,larger mean axons diameters and thicker myelin sheath than those of control sides.In decimeter wave sides,the expression of immunologic reaction to s-100protein in Schwann's cell were higher than that of control sides.Conclusion:Decimeter wave can promote the expression of s-100protein and regeneration of peripherial nerve.
