环境资源产业及其他——以昭通市绥江县为个案

On the Industry of Environmental Resources and Some Related Problems:A case study of Suijiang County in Zhaotong Municipality

本文以实施西部大开发战略为背景,研究环境资源产业的理论与实践,从环境资源的概念、资源的保护和发展、人口控制与居住环境的调适、传统产业的嬗变四个方面,阐述环境资源产业的经营和管理。

From the perspective of 'developing west China', the author discusses the theory and practice of the industry of environmental resources as well as its management from the following four aspects: 1. the concept of environmental resources; 2. the protection and development of resources; 3. the coordination between the population control and the living environment; 4. the changes of the traditional industries.
