摘要
人才是生产力发展中最活跃的要素,是影响经济发展的最大变量。结合昆明经济发展现状,本文认为,昆明市走工业化道路需要大力开发四类人力资源:一是能铸造一个大型企业集团,带动一个产业发展的战略型企业家;二是在公司或企业中,善于市场运作的高层次营销人才;三是适合于工业企业发展的不同层次的技术人才;四是一大批位于县域和乡镇层次的、具有商品经济观念和市场经济意识的生产经营管理者。
The talent is the most active factor in the development of productivity and the maximum variable in influencing economic development. According to the actual situations in Kunming, the authors believe that Kunming's new industrial development relies on the development of four kinds of human resources: 1. an enterpriser with a strategic vision who can establish a large group company. 2. high-quality marketing talents. 3. qualified technicians at various levels and in various industries. 4. producers and managers with a good marketing consciousness at the county and the town level.
