在分析气门挺柱冷挤压工艺性的基础上,设计了气门挺柱冷挤压模具,并阐述了设计要点、模具结构特点及应用。

Cold extrusion technology of valve lifter has been analysed and the design key points, the die structure and application have been systematically expounded.The die designed has been suitable for many kinds of type of valve lifter when certain parts of the die being changed.The technology can save volume of raw matetial and working time with higher mechanical property of products which have been much more powerful in market competition.
