摘要
依据Σ-Δ模数转换器高速无迟滞、高分辨率、低噪声等特点,采用最新的AD转换芯片LTC2440,设计了高速、高准确度数字多用表VXI模块,并进行了误差分析。
According to the characteristics of the Σ-ΔADC in high-speed with no latency,high resolution and low noise,a high-speed and high-accuracy VXI bus Modular DMM is designed by using the latest chip LTC2440.Errors have been analyzed and programmable calibration has been brought forward for modifying errors.
