摘要
长型连续混炼机(LCM)是一种既具有双螺杆挤出机连续工作的特点,又保持了密炼机优异混炼性能的新型橡塑混炼设备。采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对S形转子LCM混炼过程进行了分析。以70份(质量,下同)POE,10份EPDM和20份LDPE的共混物为实验介质,模拟了高分子材料在S形转子LCM中的压力场和速度场分布规律。此外,还通过模拟结果分析了转速、压力和幂率指数等对混合状况和产量的影响。
As a new type of mixer,long continuous mixer(LCM),not only maintained excellent com-pounding properties of internal mix er,but also could produce continuously.A finite elem ent method of the blending process of LCM with S shaped rotors by using ANSYS software was introduced.With 70phr POE,10phr EPDM and 20phr LDPE as the e xper-imental material,the distribution law of pressure and velocity field was simulated.Moreover,the effects of velocity,pressure and the index of power law flow on blending quality and output were als o analyzed from simulated results.
