摘要
采用塑性成形有限元分析软件DEFORM3D,对汽车启动器套筒冷挤压齿部成形过程进行了数值模拟。通过研究复合挤压成形过程中断裂因子的分布,预测出断裂缺陷发生的可能。模拟结果与实际生产情况相符,在近齿根处容易出现环向裂纹。通过计算齿形成形过程的变形程度,对环向开裂的原因进行分析。
Numerical simulation on cold extrusion process of automobile starter socket has been carried out by using the software DEFORM3D.Possibility of crack has been successfully predicted by analyzing the distribution of crack coefficient Df.The numerical results of cracks in loop accord well with the practical ones. Reasons of crack generation have been investigated.
