摘要
催化剂连续再生系统是连续重整装置最重要的组成部分,在装置正常运行的情况下,对参与反应的催化剂进行连续再生,控制逻辑非常复杂,对控制系统的可靠性要求很高,介绍了连续重整装置再生ESD的构成和Triconex三重冗余控制系统的工作原理,并结合工艺过程对控制逻辑进行分析。
Catalyst continuum regeneration system is the most important part of continuum reforming unit,the control logic is very complex in normal operation,so the control system must be high reliability. The construction of ESD system and the work theory of Triconex Fault-Tolerant control system are introduced. A brief analysis on control logic according to process is presented.
