摘要
介绍以5CrMnMo为材质的热锻模及几种热处理方法在我公司的应用,说明了模具的制作过程,并根据模具 的结构、模具用于被施锻件的材质、模具所要求的硬度和韧性性能等要求,介绍常规淬火热处理和等温淬火热处理 工艺、超高温淬火热处理三种工艺方法的优缺点。
This paper introduces the process of heat forging dies made of 5CrMnMo and several differente methods used in our company, shows that the die s manufacturing processes. And according to the die' s structure, the foged material quality and the hardness and toughness proper-ties introduces the advantanges and disadvantges of the three heat treatment processes: normai heat treatment, same temperature hardening heat treatmant and overheat hardening heat treatment.
