摘要
研究了以异丁酸、氯化亚砜和液溴为主原料合成α-溴代异丁酰溴的替代产品———α -溴代异丁酰氯的工艺。结果表明 ,该方法具有产率高、副反应少、溴的消耗少。
In this paper, isobutyric acid ?thionyl chloride and bromine were used as raw materials to synthesize α-bromoisobutyric acid chloride which will substitute α-bromoisobutyric acid bromine. It has been found that this approachis advantageous in improving yield,decreasing subordinate reaction,reducing Br 2 consuming and lowering production cost etc.
