摘要
审稿质量的高低直接影响科技期刊的学术质量和学术发展。目前国内外的科技期刊在审稿环节上存在较大的差别 ,主要体现在稿件的同行评议、专家审阅、审稿重点、重复审稿、审稿时间和网络应用等方面。
The quality of manuscript reviewing directly results in the academic level and development of sci-tech periodicals. Today, there exist many differences in manuscript reviewing between Chinese periodicals and foreign ones, including the evaluation of peer reviewers, specialists' reviewing, reviewing emphases, repeated reviewing, reviewing periods and network application etc.
