Solving Two Historic Problems with Guidance of “Three Representatives” Theory

加强和改进党的建设 ,必须进一步解决提高党的领导水平和执政水平、提高拒腐防变和抵御风险能力这两大历史性课题。而贯彻和实践好“三个代表”重要思想 ,是解决党的两大历史性课题的保证和关键。

Abstract: To strengthen and improve construction of the Communist Party, we should further settle two historic problems: to increase leading standard and reigning standard, and to increase capabilities in rejecting corruption and resisting risks. It is the key to these two problems to carry out the “Three Representatives” theory.
