摘要
综述了壳聚糖及低聚壳聚糖制备方法的研究及进展 ,介绍了其具体的制备方法和条件 ,提出了制备低灰分、高纯度的活性壳聚糖和其低聚壳聚糖的研究方向 ;以及用氧化降解和酶降解方法制取低聚壳聚糖具有广阔的发展前景。
This article illustrates the research and development in the preparation methods of chitosan and low molecular-weight chitosan, introducing the specific methods and conditions for the preparation, and proposes a new research direction for preparing low-ash, high-purity active chitosan and its low molecular-weight chitosan. It is concluded that preparing chitosan by oxido-degradation and enzyme-degradation is a highly promising method.
