摘要 下颌骨缺损可由多种疾病引起。近年来随着骨科学、生物材料学、细胞生物学的研究进步,下颌骨缺损修复方法也有一定的发展。作者系统回顾了近年来一些下颌骨缺损修复方法的研究和应用情况,并阐述了组织工程化骨在这方面的应用前景。 Mandible defects can be caused by many diseases, most commonly occuring in cranio-maxillofacial regions. With the development of orthopaedics, biomaterial and cell biology in these years, great improvements have been acquired in repair of mandible defects. This paper systematically reviewed the relevant research advances and applications, and showed the applied prospect of bone tissue engineering in this field.
