Orthogonal test for optimization of the extraction procedure of Kangfuxin Capsule

目的 研究康复欣胶囊处方中含生物碱成分的最佳提取工艺。方法 正交试验法 ,利用生物碱的酸碱滴定法 ,求出每份样品消耗硫酸滴定液的量。结果 优选出提取工艺 :溶剂用量 1 7倍 ,浸泡时间为 1h ,提取时间为 1h。结论 溶剂用量增加后 ,虽然浸膏提取量也增加了 ,但生物碱的含量没有明显提高。从降低成本的角度来讲 。

Aim To optimize the extraction procedure for alkaloids component in Kangfuxin Capsule.Methods Orthogonal test was used,and the contents of alkaloids were determined by Acid-base Titration of each sample,calculating the sulfuric acid (titration agent) consumption.Results The optimum extraction procedure was as follows:17-fold solvent,dipping time 1h,extraction time 1h.Conclusion Although the extracts increased by improving the solvent volume,the alkaloids content in it didn’t increase as much accordingly.Taking producing costs into consideration,increase the solvent volume has little significance.
