Rhythm activity can raise positive action for students of training sentiment,training body shape,elimination strain situation,and enhance study interest. If you adopt rhythm activity as a teaching tool in the gym-teaching course reasonably,it can help you to finish the task of gym-teaching course and to improve the quality of class teaching.
