黄芪和杜仲对链脲霉素糖尿病模型小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能减损的影响 被引量:7

摘要 本文采用体外孵育、吞噬酵母菌方法.观察了黄芪和杜仲对链脲霉素糖尿病模型小鼠受损的腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能影响,并以转移因子作为这两种中药的对照药物.结果表明:黄芪和转移因子均能促进糖尿病模型小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的恢复,且黄芪作用优于转移因子; Division of Endocrinology .Department of Internal Medicine,The First Hospital The effects of Astragalus membranaceus and Eucommia ulmoides on impaired phagocytic function of macrophages in diabetic mice induced by streptozotocin were studied by means of peritoneal macrophage culture in vitro and phagocytizing Sac-charomyces albicans, and we chose transfer factor as contrast. It was shown that both Astragalus membranaceus and transfer factor could promote phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages in diabetic mice and the effect of Astragalus membranaceus was better than that of transfer factor. The similar effect of Eucommia ulmoides failed to be observed
