Determinants and Characteristics of the Wages Level in the Process of Industrialization in Latin American Countries

工资不仅仅是劳动者劳动所得这样一个简单、孤立的问题,也是一个与经济发展、社会结构变迁有着密切联系的复杂问题。本文通过对拉美国家工业化发展模式、就业与工资水平的关系的分析,揭示了工资对拉美国家经济发展的作用、工资水平的决定过程及其一般特点。

Wages are not only a simple and isolated problem that is the payment of the laborers, but also a complicated problem, which is closely related to the development of economy and the transition of social structure. In this paper, through the relationship between the developing patterns of the industrialization in Latin American countries, we analyze the effect of wages on the development of economy in Latin American countries, and the determinants and characteristics of the wages level.
