兼顾公平规则的产权与效率——旧制度经济学派公平效率观的产权分析

Giving Consideration to Fairness Doctrine: Property Right and Efficiency

旧制度经济学派与凯恩斯主义的兼顾公平规则是一种对立统一的关系。二者虽然是在资本主义市场经济条件下形成的,但其内容和效率不完全相同。凯恩斯主义的兼顾公平规则有损财产所有权的排他性;旧制度经济学派的兼顾公平规则维护财产所有权的排他性,二者的产权特征不完全一样。兼顾公平规则对于建立我国社会主义市场经济的公平效率观有一定的借鉴意义。

There is a relationship of the unity of opposites between the School of Old Institutional Economics and Keynesian fairness doctrine. Both of them formed under the capitalist market economy, but their contents and efficiency are quite different. Keynesian fairness doctrine destructs the exclusion of property right while the fairness doctrine of the old institutional economics protects the exclusion of property right. Their characteristics of property right are not the same. Giving consideration of the fairness doctrine is of great significance to establish the concept of the equity and efficiency in China's socialist economy.
