我国市民社会正常形成的产权障碍探析

On the Obstacle of Forming China’s Civil Society

目前的中国是一个由乡村社会、政治社会、市民社会组成,城乡二元结构分明的混合型社会,但乡村社会和政治社会组成的传统社会占统治地位。随着市场经济的不断发展和壮大,建立在这一生产方式基础上的市民社会必将发达和成熟,最终取代传统社会。现阶段主要受到产权制度的强大滞碍,我国以市民社会为目标的社会变迁呈现不正常、不顺利的态势。因此,我们需要理性地变革目前的产权制度来为市场经济的正常发展和扩张创造正当的经济基础,进而为市场经济畅顺地改造传统社会成为市民社会提供良好的经济平台。

Nowadays Chinese society is a duality of agricultural society,political society and civil society.And the main part is agricultural society and political society.With the development of market economy ,the civil society,which is based on the market economy ,is to be mature and replace the traditional society.At the present time ,the change to civil society is not as expected.We should reform the present property right system to establish a just economic base for the development of market economy and provide a fine economic base for the formation of traditional society.
