System Ethics and Citizen's Ethical Construction

制度伦理的提出是为了解决道德问题。制度伦理有两方面含义制度的道德性和道德的制度化。两者密切联系。我国社会的道德状况说明了传统的强调道德教育的道德建设有一定的局限性。制度伦理是道德建设的方向。制度伦理的第一层含义,启发我们进行道德建设时,必须审视现存制度的伦理基础。制度伦理的第二层含义,启发我们实施道德建设时,可以将道德加以制度化。

The proposition of system ethics is to solve the ethical problems. System ethics has two meanings: the morals of the system and the institutionalization of ethical one, which are closely connected. The state of morals in our country has proved that building traditional morals emphasizing on moral education is rather limited. System ethics benefits ethical construction. The first meaning of system ethics indicates that we must examine the ethics foundation of the extant system closely. The second meaning of system ethics indicates we can institutionalize the morals when we implement the construction of morality.
