Propelling the Development of China' s Industries with Ecological Standards

在考察了世界传统古国的产业发展和现代产业的进化发展及其对环境和可持续发展的影响之后,论述了国内外产业生态化的发展状况和产业生态化的实践与理论意义。运用生态学与系统科学分析了产业生产力的形成过程和物质循环过程,进而建立了产业生态化的微观和宏观结构,提出了技术生态化、企业生态化、产业生态化和产业间生态化的行为观点和生态标准。并就生态文化的形成、战略实施过程和法规政策建设等问题作了探讨,这对产业生态化的有效实施具有一定的参考价值。

After investigating the industrial development of the world traditional ancient countries and the evolution of modern industries and their impacts on the environments and sustainable development, the situations of ecological industries, the theoretical and practical values of ecological industries are studied and discussed. The productivity formation of and the matter circulation in ecological industrial system are analyzed by means of ecology and system science, and then the micro-and macro-structures of ecological industries are established. The ecological behavior and ecological standards of technology, enterprises and industries are proposed. At the end, such problems as the formation of ecological culture, implementing strategy of ecological industries and constructing the related law and polices are studied.
