摘要
采用失重法研究了pH =7 5的自来水中缓蚀剂聚环氧琥珀酸和BTA、Zn2 + 、硅酸钠复配时对铜的缓蚀效果 ,实验表明 ,在缓蚀剂总浓度为 5 4 5mg/L ,四种药剂复配复配时 ,显示较好的协同效应 ,其最佳配比为 2 0mg/L聚环氧琥珀酸 +0 5mg/LBTA +4mg/LZn2 + +30mg/L硅酸钠 ;电化学动电位极化曲线测试的结果表明复合配方水处理剂对阳极。
Using weight-loss method,the corrosion inhibition upon copper in the Nanyang municipal tap water of pH=7.5 of Polyepoxysuccinic acid combined with BTA,Zn 2+ and Na 2SiO 3 is studied.The experimental results show:the combination of four medicals shows excellent ability of corrosion inhibition,especially when their ratio is 20 mg/L Polyepoxysuccinic acid+0.5 mg/L BTA+4 mg/L Zn 2+ +30 mg/L Na 2SiO 3.In addition,the results of potentiodyhamical polarization curves prove that the combination of water treatment agents show ability of corrosion inhibition on both of anode and cathode.
