多肽蛋白质激素碘标记方法的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文优选条件并建立了胰岛素,胰多肽及生长激素的Iodogeh标记法.以Iodogen法,Ipo法及chT法对胰岛素、胰多肽及生长激素进行碘标记.评价了三种方法的效果.同时观察和比较了三种不同方法的标记物在贮存期间的质景变化差异.结果表明;三种方法均可获得符合放免要求的优质标记物,对于胰岛素或生长激素,Iodogen法可与Ipo法或chT法相比拟; In this study, experiments were performed to establish and optimized iodina-tion conditions of Iodogen method for insulin, PPP and hGH. Insulin, PPP and hGH Were iodinated by lodogen, LPO and ChT method. By comparing and analyzing some quality parameters, effects of lodogen, LPO and ChT method had been evaluated. Stability of tracers prepared by these methods during storage at - 20℃ had successively been observed and assessed. The results indicate that tracers of high quality suitable for RIA could be o obtained with all three methods for preparation of insulin and hGH tracers, and should be of choice for preparation of PPP tracers
