本文采用气相色谱法测定脑脊液中的乳酸浓度,脑脊液经酯化处理,再用氯仿提取后,取样5μl上机分析.色谱柱内填料为涂有15%聚二乙二醇丁二酸醋的硅藻土(60—80目).检测器为FID.恒温分析.10次重复测定批内变异系数为11.33%.平均回收率98.96%

This paper reported the determination of lactate concentration in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) by gas chromatography. CSF was usterified by methyl alcohol, extracted by chloroform, and then a specimen of 5 ul was analyzed by chromatography. Glass column packed with 15% diethylene glycol suecinate on chemalite(60/80mesh) was used. The detector was flame ionization detector. Variance within groups was 11.33% after 10 times of repeated determinations. The recovery rate was 98.96%
