异喹啉拉氏物烷基化反应的研究

摘要 以碘代烷或氯化苄等高活性卤代烃与异喹啉拉氏物作用可使C_1位烷基化制备得1-烷基异喹啉拉氏物.以溴环己烷作为烷化剂,则只能得到1-氰基异喹啉,产率达75%.为制备1-氰基异喹啉提供了一个新方法. Reissert compound of isoquinoline can be alkylated by active alkylating agent, alkyl iodide or benzyl chloride according to Barrie's method.A new compound, 1-cyclohexyl Reissert compound, was prepared by using cyclohexyl iodide as alkylating agent.If cyclohexyl bromide was used as alkylating agent in the presence of sodium hydride, the product, instead of IIIc, was 1-cyanoisoquinoline (IV) with 75% yield.It may provide a new method of preparation of IV, but the necessity of the cyclohexyl bromide and the mechanism of the reaction remain for further investition
