摘要
长期以来,历史文化名城的保护工作受到以商住房地产开发为主要形式、"投资者主导型"为开发模式的旧城改造浪潮的冲击。历史文化名城主题公园以保护古城风貌、延续城市历史文脉为宗旨,运用主题公园的规划设计、经营管理等方法和开发模式,以保留、修复、移植和改造古城建筑为技术手段,建设成为集名城风貌观光、史籍博览、特色商品购物、民俗文化娱乐为一体的旅游目的地,从而达到保护历史古城风貌,树立文化名城形象的目的。
For a long time,the protection of a famous old city was always being disturbed by its rebuilding job,which was always concentrated in commercial realty and in 'investor leading' mode.To settle this conflict, the authors built the history theme park.In basic tenet,the history theme park stood for protecting the old scene and the special culture.In running plan, the authors used the theme park programming idea,management method and exploiture mode. In technical means, the authors saved,repaired,and replaced the old symbolic construction.So as to turn the old city zone with history site or symbolic scene into a modern traveling destination,which was including the famous old city tour,cultural relic exhibition,characteristic shopping,folk-custom entertainment.In this way,the scenes of the famous old city were kept,the visualization of cultural city were stood.
