摘要
丙硫苯咪唑治疗10例多发性和多器官囊型包虫病患者,剂量为20mg/kg/d,等分2次口服,30天为一疗程,平均疗程数15.6个(5～28).治疗后肝脏B超与胸部x线摄片复查,随访5个月至5.5年的结果,痊愈4例,好转6例.患者对药物的耐受性良好,未见明显毒副反应,血、尿常规。
Ten patients infected with multiple and mutiorgen cystic Echinococcosis were treated orally with Albendazole given at dosage of 20mg/kg/d,divided into 10mg/kg, b. i. d, 30 days for 5-28 treatment courses (average 15. 6). Follow-up X-ray and ultrasound examinations 0.5 to 5.5 years after treatment .showed that 4 cases were cured,6 cases were remarkably improved.All patients were tolerance well; No toxic reactions were seen. Blood and urine routine, liver and renal function tests or ca-rdiagraph examinations after treatment were not remarkable changes
