摘要
本文报告34例严重心律失常患者心内膜心肌活检的心肌组织学发现,其中18例Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞,9例病态窦房结综合征和7例阵发性室性心动过速.结果表明严重心律失常患者多有不同程度组织学异常(76.5%);其中心肌炎占29.4%,非特异性病变占47.1%.
Histopathological findings of endomyocardial biopsies from 34 cases with severe arrhythmias were described. The clinical manifestations of these cases included third degree atrioventricular block (18 cases) , sick sinus syndrome (9 cases) and paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia (7 cases) . Twenty six cases (76.5%) showed variable histological changes, such as myocarditis (29.4%) and non-specific lesions(47.1%) . The correlation between the clinical and the pathologic findings are discussed
