摘要
本文将25例恶性脑肿瘤患者分别以3种不同方式（静脉滴注、颈动脉灌注和BBB开放加颈动脉灌注）用CDDP行术中化疗，并取肿瘤中心、边缘和正常脑组织标本，测定并比较其CD-DP浓度。结果提示：上述化疗方式以BBB开放加颈动脉灌注优于单纯颈动脉灌注，而颈动脉灌注又优于静脉化疗。
In 25 cases of malignant brain tumors ,CDDP was administrated during operation by using three different modes i intravenous infusion .intracarotid artery infusion and intracarotid artery infusion after opening the blood brain barrer (BBB). Tumor tissue and the brain tissue samples were taken and CDDP was measured. This result suggest that intracarotid artery infusion after opening the BBB is a best mode and intracarotid infusion is better than intravenous infusion in the chemotherapy of malignant brain tumors.
