摘要
管理层收购是目前国内企业大量出现的改制形式。文章通过分析管理层收购在我国出现和兴起的背景及实际状况,探讨管理层收购的现存问题和市场化的必然性,并提出相关的政策建议。
Management Buy Out (MBO) is a kind of form of reform system widely appeared in domestic enterprises. This article researches into the existing problems and necessity of marketability about MBO through analyzing the background and actual cases of MBO in China, and makes relative policy suggestions.
