试论绿色生态住宅营销的发展趋势

摘要 绿色生态住宅是21世纪住宅发展的必然趋势,是人民生活水平达到一定高度的必然结果。绿色生态住宅追求自然、建筑和人三者之间的高度和谐统一,创造、改善和提高人的生态环境、生活质量。绿色生态住宅营销是住宅营销的新模式,是以人为中心,对住宅的市场定位和设计细化及创造,通过增加科技含量、优化住宅设计,根据人的规律,从人的身体和心理健康要求出发,创造出真正符合市场与消费者要求的优秀产品。 Green housing is not only an evitable trend of its developing in the 21th century, but also an evitable result when people's lives reach a fairly high level. Green housie, unifies nature, construction, and people in highly perfect harmony, and based on improving ecological envirment and increasing life quality. The sale of green housing is the new type. It is based on people. Excellent housing which meets market and consumers really is built by determining location of inner-housing and outer-housing environment, creating and having an elaborate division of design, increasing contents of science and technology, optimizing its design, people's regularity, and physicial and mental healty.
