摘要
应用传代人肝癌细胞系(OGy—7703),鉴定从人胎肝提取的肝细胞生长刺激物质(HSS)及从乳猪肝脏中提取的低分子多肽对肝源性细胞DNA合成的影响。实验证实我们制备的两种生物制剂确具有促进人肝癌细胞DNA增殖的作用,增殖率明显高于喉癌细胞。并观察到肝细胞生长刺激物质富含于肝细胞中。其它脏器胞质液中无类似物质。不同胎龄及不同贮存时间提取的肝细胞生长刺激物质,其生物活性在本实验中无明显差异。
A comparative study of Hss from human fetal liver cells and low molecular weighd peptide from new-bron pig' s liver cells hae been carried out invitro at our laboratory. Jhe experimental data have proved that Hs sor HPN could trigger the proliferative process in both QGy?703 and HEP2ceIl lines . But the prolifera-tive index in QGy?703 in much higher than that in HEP, cell line . Hss in rich only in liver cells ,not in other organ's cells. !i
Jhere ave no significant differences of stimulating activity in Hss from fetal livers of 3 ?6 months and in those from fetal livers keeped in frozen for 1?months.
