摘要
企业组织创新作为企业管理创新的一个重要组成部分 ,会随着社会、经济、技术的发展而发展。传统的机械式组织已经出现较多弊端 ,从而组织创新出现新趋势 ,产生网络组织等。高新技术企业是组织创新的先锋 ,必须加快我国高新技术企业组织创新 ,推动高新技术产业发展。
The firms' organizational innovation is an important part of firm's management innovation, and it develops along with the development of society, economy and technology. And in New Economics, there exist many disadvantages for traditional mechanical organization;hence there is a new tendency of organizational innovation, so networked organization appears. And hi-tech firms are pioneer in organizational innovation. Therefore we should quicken the organizational innovation of hi-tech firms to develop our country's high-tech industry.
