摘要
茂名分公司重质油糠醛精制装置原抽提塔为转盘塔,为适应加工进口原料油的需要,改造时采用转盘-填料复合塔技术,提高了装置技术水平,使萃取塔能够保持较稳定的界面,精制油的质量、收率得到明显提高,装置加工能力上升,抽提塔最大比负荷提高了11.68％,从而为装置加工非大庆原料油发挥了重要作用。
In order to meet the requirement of processing import feedstock, the rotating disc tower in heavy furfural refining unit of Maoming Company has been replaced by the rotating-packing complex tower in the revamping. A stable interface of extraction tower has been maintained and the quality and yield of refined oil have been evidently increased. Process capacity of the unit has been enhanced and the maximum specific load of the extraction tower increased by 11.68 %.
