摘要
"内婚制"为部族内的"同姓相婚"。春秋时期,宋国贵族虽然仍有实行超出五服之外的内婚制的传统,但国君阶层的婚姻形式并不限于内婚制,内婚制的比重已微乎其微,并且至春秋末年时已经被外婚制取代。而贵族中卿大夫阶层,内婚制的习俗仍很严重,这可从史料中很少发现有与他国贵族或本国异姓贵族通婚的事实得到证明。宋国内婚制是殷周两种婚姻制度对立的产物,也是殷周两种文化形态、生活形态交融斗争时期所反映出来的一种畸形婚姻形态。
The in-clan marital system, as the system goes, is that adopted in the same clans. During the Spring and Autumn Times, the noble clans of the Song Kingdom continue to witness the customs of the in-clan marital system should the subjects are not within the five generations. Meanwhile, the highest monarchy class has tended to belittle and even replace it by the out-of-clan marital system at last. In contrast, it is confirmed by the historical documents that the in-clan marriage is rather popular in the ministerial class, and out-of-clan marriage is hardly seen. The author of this paper, therefore, is to argue that this is caused by the contrasts of the two marital systems, and two different cultures in relation to ideology, living style, in particular, the abnormal marriage.
